ROLLFOR W MANDREL LUBRICANT
DESCRIPTION
ROLLFOR W
is a mandrel lubricant specially developed to withstand the extreme operative conditions suffered by the mandrels used in
continuous rolling of seamless steel pipes. Its strong adhesion to the mandrel surface makes ROLLFOR W very
suitable for those rolling operations where it is necessary to lubricate the mandrels before cooling by water.

ROLLFOR W is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before its use. The product must be agitated before and
during the process of dilution in order to obtain a good dispersion. Process variables define the ratio of the dilution, however,
it is considered that a dilution 1:1 (product: water) is the adequate.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
To obtain good mandrel coverage it is necessary to apply the ROLLFOR W through a controlled
spray using an airless spraying device as applicator.
Maintain ROLLFOR W containers well closed to prevent contamination. Avoid freezing. See Material Safety Data Sheet for additional information on handling, precautions and first aid instructions.
